Sir Rockingham is an American musician, photographer, video director, camera operator, guitar mechanic, writer, producer and audio engineer.  He has worked in nearly every facet of the music industry since the late 1970's.  Rockingham holds a B.A. in Film Media from the University of Rhode Island and is a decorated veteran & former paratrooper in the US Army and RI Army National Guard. He is a recipient of the 2013 FLICKERS/MPAA Producers Circle Award for Excellence in the Film Community.   He is currently focused on providing technical advice, design, implementation, and stage management capabilities to various community, civic, and non-profit music festivals and events.

Rockingham is the lead guitarist and co-producer for Dopey Lopes & The Up All Night Band, one of the region's premiere Alt-Rock groups, with whom he has been since the late '90's.  He is also the co-founder and music director for the acoustic ensemble The ROSWELL STRINGS.  Rockingham  has also performed as the lead and rhythm guitarist for Tim Flynn's Area 51, Rockingham Express and Rockingham Palace, in addition to appearing at numerous festivals as a guest performer. His band from the '90's WHAT'S UP, BACH! are in mid-production working on their latest album, after their 2 sold-out shows at the legendary Ocean Mist in Matunuck, RI in 2024 & '25. Their current CD/EP Power Enuff  is available at the historic Mystic Disc in Mystic, CT.
