Sir Rockingahm is an American musician, guitarist, luthier, video director, camera operator, photographer, producer and audio engineer.  He has worked in nearly every facet of the music industry since the late 1970's.  Rockingham holds a B.A. in Film Media from the University of Rhode Island and is a decorated Veteran & former Paratrooper in the US Army and Rhode Island Army National Guard. He is a recipient of the 2013 FLICKERS/MPAA Producers Circle Award for Excellence in the Film Community.

  

Rockingham is currently the lead guitarist and co-producer for Dopey Lopes & The Up All Night Band, one of the region's premiere Alt-Rock groups, who he has been with since the late '90's  He is also a lead and rhythym guitarist for Tim Flynn's Area 51, and Rockingham Express, as well as the co-founder and music director for his new venture The ROSWELL STRINGS. As a guitarist, Rockingham has recorded with Grammy laureates Joe Parillo (Voodoo Pharmacology Acid Jazz Ensemble) and Chris Gorman (Belly; Dopey Lopes)  He has had the great privilege of appearing on stage and/or playing with such luminary artists as DK Harrell, Neal Vitullo, Vernon Reid, Jeff Ganz, Stumpy Neckritz, Peter Breen, Tyler Buckley, Michael O'Meara, Thommy Tenz, John Mulkarin, Mark Berney, Fred Abong, John Edwards, Rick Santos, Tommy Maher, Jay Joseph, Sonya Blaze, Johnny Helm, Soul Shot, Micael Parrish, Heath Tougas, Steve Simmons, Michael Moore, Fritz Lange, Pops Fontaine, Willie Moss, Damian Cartier, Joe Engravelle, Rob Robles, Jay Wasco, Ron Auber, Crutch Woman, George Reithoffer and Jennie George.
